Efficient Tax & HR planning

Being prepared is better than being taken by surprise. So join us for an interactive Knowledge Center about the Meaning, Need, Importance of tax & human resources planning.

Planning avoids haphazard actions, minimizes uncertainties, brings economy in operations, provides basis for control.

Workforce planning is one of the most important issues that human resources professionals are talking about today. Still, many have not gone beyond the talking stage. The task of actually implementing workforce planning is daunting because it is so difficult to define. In the same time, HR Planning was always a competitive edge. Companies well structured and well organized managed to atract and retain talent much more because of tranparent planning, career paths, developments, internationalization etc.

Tax planning is the process of forecasting one's tax liability and formulating ways to reduce it. As business has generally become globally integrated, the appetite and sophistication of taxpayers in identifying opportunities have seen an upward trend. Unfortunately, aiming to minimize the tax burden, there is evidence that, sometimes, taxpayers show confidence in pursuing aggressive tax strategies. Although tax planning is not forbidden, tax authorities will be more and more focused on aggressive tax planning strategies which might become harmful.
