Tender for new BMW, MINI Dealership in Bucharest and Pitesti

Following the international policy of continuous business expansion, BMW Group Romania announces the tender for a new partner in Bucharest and in Pitesti. The development plans come in the context of strong model offensive and strong and consistent increase of deliveries to customers. After the record year of 2012 with more than 1,9 million sales, BMW Group registered a sales increase of 7,7% in the first 9 months of 2013.  As of October 31st 2013 BMW Group Romania opened the official tender for a BMW, MINI Fully Fledged Dealership in Bucharest and BMW, MINI Fully Fledged Dealership in Pitesti(MINI to be considered starting 2016).

Bucharest:

The BMW and MINI dealership should fulfil the following conditions and criteria:

• The Dealership is required to include sales of new and used cars, service including preferably body and paint shop, according to Standards 2013+;
• BMW: sales potential midterm 400 BMW units per year;
• MINI: sales potential midterm 100 MINI units per year;
• Showroom for 10 BMW new cars, 5 MINI new cars;
• BMW, MINI minimum 15 mechanical and 8 body & paint work bases;
• Size of the land minimum 10.000 sqm;
• Outdoor used cars exhibition;
• Start of operations at earliest convenience.

Pitesti:

The BMW dealership should fulfil the following conditions and criteria:

• The Dealership is required to include sales of new and used cars, service including preferably body and paint shop, according to Standards 2013+;
• New car sales potential midterm 150 BMW units per year;
• Showroom for 7 BMW new cars;
• Minimum 7 mechanical and 4 body & paint work bases;
• Size of the land minimum 7.000 sqm;
• Outdoor used cars exhibition;
• BMW start of operations at earliest convenience, MINI start of operations in the 2nd half of 2016.
