Criteria:
- Deal size; $50-$300m
- Sectors: Fashion Retail, Healthcare/pharma retail, Food & beverage (non-alcoholic), real estate residential (prime) or commercial (retail), Renewables (solar/wind/water), technology (apps & social media)
- Scalable for rollout into US
- Profitable (I.e. Not distressed) and have sufficient cash on the balance sheet
- For retail & real estate, have operational upside
- For retail, good supply chain capability
- Open to either buy out or equity or option to buy out once rolled out internationally
