Edwin Warmerdam, Partner, Head of Tax, Forvis Mazars in Romania

As the Head of Tax within Forvis Mazars in Romania, Edwin leads an energetic and passionate team of genuine professionals since 2014, when he joined the firm as a Partner. Edwin boasts an experience of more than 30 years in finance and taxation, of which 23 years as a tax and financial advisor in Romania. He has developed his competencies and expertise in professional advisory services related particularly to corporate income tax, individual income tax, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and international taxation.

Alis Pătlăgeanu, Managing Partner, Pătlăgeanu & Partners

Alis is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2002. After working for nine years in a top law firm, from the positions of paralegal to associate lawyer and then partner, she founded a new law firm in March 2010 – Portnoi si Asociații, which was reorganized in November 2021, when Pătlăgeanu & Partners was born. She currently manages the team Pătlăgeanu & Partners, who dedicate their expertise and knowledge to the SMEs with entrepreneurial core, from the position of an external legal department.

Daniel Ceauşescu, CEO, GreenPoint Management

Dan has a degree in Sociology and Environmental Pollution and over 25 years of experience in IT, advertising, insurance, sanitation, and recycling. He is passionate about creating smart and sustainable solutions for rethink, reduce, reuse, and recycling and has performed in waste management and the circular economy for over 20 years.

He serves on the Board of Directors of OPP REMAT - Employer and Professional Organisation as well as the Romanian Sanitation and Waste Management Association A.R.S.M.D.

Nicoleta Orlea, Director of Fundraising & Communications, Autism Voice

Nicoleta Mariana Orlea is Director of fundraising and Communication within Autism Voice, speaker, trainer, and a freelance fundraising consultant for non-governmental organizations, as well as a Neurodiversity trainer in the workplace for companies that want to become more inclusive. She has assumed each professional role with the conviction that the systemic changes she causes will become direct benefits for her children, Edi and Remus, and the world of the future will be more inclusive with young people with autism, like Remus, or those like Edi, for whom the label "hyperactive" was invented.

Liviu Togan, Partner, Head of White-Collar Practice, Dentons

Liviu Togan is a partner and head of the White Collar and Government Investigations group in Dentons Bucharest. With 23 years of experience in White Collar and Government Investigations, Compliance, and Litigation and Arbitration, Liviu has successfully represented businesses, senior executives, high rank officials and other individuals in a wide range of investigations as well as in prosecutions before the Romanian courts.

Throughout his career, Liviu has advised clients on regulatory compliance and complex legal proceedings relating to a variety of criminal offenses. He also assists clients in the design and implementation of compliance programs and complex internal investigations. He carries out corporate compliance audits to identify and remediate risks that can affect the business. In addition, he represents clients in disputes relating to administrative and tax law, corporate law and insolvency proceedings.

Diana Stîngă, Communication & HR Manager, Darcom Energy Solutions

Diana Stinga is Project Manager at Darcom Energy Solutions, a company specializing in the installation of photovoltaic systems and energy storage solutions using premium equipment from Holland, Victron Energy.
