NRCC GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2025

On Thursday, March 27, at 17:30, the NRCC will hold its Annual General Assembly of Members at the InterContinental Athénée Palace in Bucharest. The General Assembly will be followed directly by the Monthly Network Drink at the same location.

On this occasion, four positions on the Board of Directors will be up for election. All interested member companies are invited to nominate their candidates.

 

The agenda will include a Q&A session, so all members are encouraged to send relevant questions regarding the chamber's activities to the NRCC Vice President, Serban Isopescu, and Executive Director, Maurits Dohmen, at info@nrcc.ro.

  • Only NRCC members who have renewed their 2025 membership are eligible to delegate candidates and vote.
  • Online voting will be available. Only votes submitted and confirmed via email by March 27 at 12:00 PM will be considered.
  • Companies may attend the event with multiple representatives but are entitled to cast only one vote.

 

MEET THE CANDIDATES:

 

CHRISTIAN BOGARU

Founding Partner, Christian Bogaru Law Firm

Christian Bogaru has over 23 years of legal experience in assisting and representing local and international clients in a variety of commercial transactions, providing general advice and representation in court.

Practicing at the Geneva Bar - Switzerland and the Bucharest Bar - Romania, he has a strong expertise in international business law, corporate/company law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring and reorganization matters.

Frank has dedicated over 20 years to leadership roles across Europe (The Netherlands, Italy, Romania) and Asia (China, Thailand). His professional passions include customer satisfaction, risk management, digitalization, and people development. He is driven by the mission of safeguarding the bank and its customers in diverse cultural and geographical contexts.

On behalf of Philips Romania, Serban has proudly served as a board member of the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC) and wishes to continue his work in this role. His engagement is driven by a genuine belief that cooperation stands at the core of all societal developments. NRCC, as a platform of cooperation, supports and promotes the Dutch-Romanian business community, creates business opportunities, and enables close contact with the Embassy of the Netherlands in Romania.
