Ştefan is an economist based in Bucharest, covering Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Croatia. He joined ING in September 2023, after previously working at FocusEconomics. Ştefan holds an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
