The Netherlands is for many years the largest foreign investor in Romania and NRCC is, since 2006, successfuly representing the interests of the Dutch-Romanian business community and its members, being guided by values like transparency, business ethics, cooperation and equality in rights, obligations and accountability.
The Board of the NRCC expresses its deepest concern about the development and the effects of the legal changes which are most likely about to happen.
NRCC fears that this will harm and disturb the business relations between Netherlands and Romania, cooperation that has been succesfully developed over the past 20 years. Equally, it is our firm belief that this situation might jeopardize the country's growth and potential to attract (Dutch) investors.
Being the fastest growing business community, with members from over 20 different industries - both large companies and SMEs- we also see a potential threat for the entire entrepreneurial environment in Romania.
